Quand on m'a demandé si je voulais participer à la campagne des ferments lactiques Alsa, j'ai dit "ouiiiiii" rien qu'à l'idée de pouvoir utiliser ma nouvelle yaoutière Lagrange.
Aussitôt le ferment recu, je me suis mise à faire mes yaourts .... comme d'habitude!
Et là, grosse grosse erreur!!!!
Comme d'habitude, c'est hop je mélange le yaourt avec le lait, hop les arômes et hop vas-y que je mets la yaoutière en marche pour quelques heures.
C'est ainsi que j'ai procédé.
Si Clairechen avait BIEN lu le paquet elle aurait su que grâce aux ferments lactiques ALSA plus besoin de yaourt pour préparer ses yaourts maison!!!!
Un paquet de ferments lactiques Alsa contient 4 sachets. 1 sachet = 8 pots de yaourts = 1 L de lait!
Il existe 3 variétés de ferments: Mon Yaourt Maison, Mon Bifidus Maison et Mon Yaourt Maison Onctueux. J'ai testé Mon yaourt maison et que dire?
Même si je m'y suis mal prise la première fois, je peux vous assurer que j'ai trouvé cela très pratique la fois d'après. La texture était parfaite, le goût agréable et la réalisation très facile.
Plus besoin de yaourt, juste un sachet de ferment, 1 litre de lait, et hop vos yaourts sont (presque) prêts.
Je pars demain pour 2 jours en France et une chose est sûre: J'achète quelques boîtes de ferments afin de réaliser mes yaourts maison sans me casser la tête.
Yaourts vanille-pêche
1 litre de lait
1 sachet de ferments lactiques pour yaourt
3 à 4 càs de sucre en poudre
6 oreillons de pêches au sirop
1 gousse de vanille
Dans un saladier verser le ferment lactique, le sucre et la gousse de vanille.
Tout en fouettant ajouter le lait.
Couper les pêches en morceaux et les répartir dans les pots de yaourts.
Verser le yaourt dans les pots sur les pêches et mettre la yaoutière en marche pour min. 8 heures.
Mettre ensuite pour 6 heures au réfrigérateur.
C'est moi qui parle!: Très très satisfaite du résultat. Le goût de la vanille se marie à merveille avec le yaourt et les pêches!
